Order Returns
We regret that fabric cannot be returned as it is custom cut per order. 

Issues
Any order issues must be reported within two weeks of receipt of your fabric. Order issues will not be considered once fabric has been cut or washed. Please check all fabric upon receipt and contact us if there is any problem with your purchase. 

Returned Packages
If your order is returned to us for any reason, DuckaDilly will not issue a refund as all orders are custom cut per customer.  Some examples of returned packages are unclaimed packages, refusal by the recipient, incorrect address, etc. In order to reship the order, the customer is responsible to pay all shipping costs. 

Wrong Shipping Address
DuckaDilly is not responsible for packages not received due to an incorrect address. This includes typos, missing unit numbers, device auto-fill, etc. Please review your information extremely carefully before placing your order to ensure that all of your information is correct. If a package is returned to our studio due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible to pay all shipping costs to reship.

Stolen/Lost Packages
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a safe location for your delivery. Once USPS/Fedex/UPS/DHL has made a delivery,
 we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen.

Discount Codes
Discount codes cannot be combined. Only one code can be entered per order. 

International Customs and Taxes
Customs, duties, taxes and other related fees are not included in your shipping costs.  These fees are determined by your country when ordering internationally. Please be aware of any additional costs that may be applicable to your purchase before ordering.
