How it works:
Dear Jane gift subscriptions are a fantastic way to gift a sewing experience to the quilter in your life. Gift subscriptions are prepaid for the entire 18-month duration, and require no monthly charges.
For US customers, shipping is free on all subscriptions.
For international customers, please contact us before placing your order! We will be able to provide you with the additional shipping costs and help you finalize your order. If you do check out without contacting us, additional shipping charges will still apply.
When gifting a prepaid subscription, please make sure to enter the recipient's email and shipping address during checkout. Please note, upon completion of the order, the recipient will receive an order confirmation email. Instructions are available only to the account connected to the email address entered during checkout.
Prepaid subscriptions are not eligible for a refund.

How should I care for my Tana Lawn?
Liberty Tana Lawn® does not need to be pre-washed before working with it. Because of the high-quality production of the fabric, shrinkage when washing is negligible.
Washing Care
We recommend washing Tana Lawn® on cool with delicate detergent. Hang drying is preferable; if using the dryer, we recommend a low temperature.
Ironing
Iron on a cotton setting with steam.
We ship Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders are currently being fulfilled in 1-5 businesses days. During sales, fulfillment may take longer.
Please note, shipping times shown at checkout do not include the time for us to fulfill the order.
The customer must provide a secure delivery location. DuckaDilly is not responsible for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages. Once a package is in transit, please contact the appropriate shipping carrier for questions or concerns.
US Shipping
All US orders ship for a flat rate of $7.50. We offer free standard US shipping on orders over $100.
We ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx unless otherwise requested during checkout. USPS packages are currently arriving in 2-10 business days for domestic deliveries.
International Shipping
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
DHL is currently arriving in 3-5 business days.
First Class Package International is currently arriving in 2-6 weeks. For more up to date information on shipping times contact us.
Customs & Duties
Customs and duties are not included in your shipping costs. Please be aware of any custom charges that may be applicable to you order before ordering. We are not responsible for customs, or any other fees, associated with sending a package internationally. Orders returned to DuckaDilly due to unpaid duties are not refundable. If your order is returned to us, we will reach out regarding any applicable reshipping fees.
Returns
We regret that fabric cannot be returned. We want you to be happy and enjoy your shopping experience with DuckaDilly. Please contact us if there is any problem with your purchase. Non-fabric purchases can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returned non-fabric items must be unopened and in their original condition.
Undeliverable Packages
Orders returned to DuckaDilly due to incorrect address or unpaid duties are not refundable. If your order is returned to us, we will reach out regarding any applicable reshipping fees.
Remnant Sales
Remnant orders ship domestically for a flat rate of $7.50. International shipping is calculated at checkout.
