For your convenience, all DuckaDilly BOM and Project Kit instructions are stored in your customer account. This helps to keep your information organized as well as to allow you to access it at anytime, from anywhere! Follow along as we guide you through the process of getting to your account... so you can get to sewing!
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1: Getting to the Login Page of Your DuckaDilly Account
Once you know where to start, logging into your account is easy. Follow the instructions for desktop/laptop computer or mobile device/tablet to find the login page for your account. Please note that when using a tablet, you may find the instructions for desktop/laptop computer to be more helpful depending upon your screen size.
From a desktop or laptop computer
Go to the DuckaDilly homepage and click "Log in" in the upper right corner.
From a mobile device or tablet
Go to the DuckaDilly homepage and tap the three lines in the upper left corner. This will open a new menu on your phone. Select "Log in" in the lower left column.
Step 2: Creating and/or Logging Into Your DuckaDilly Account
You should now be on the "Login" page. If you have an account, enter your email and password then click on the gold "Sign In" button. If you do not remember your password, click on "Forgot your password". If you do NOT have an account yet, click on "Create account".

- Did you use the same email address that you submitted with your order?

Step 3: Accessing Your Instructions
Congratulations!
You made it to "My Account" page... but don't scroll away just yet! From this page, you can readily access any instructions, templates, and videos associated with your BOM subscriptions as well as any downloads you have purchased such as Project Kits.
Click on the appropriate heading (Subscriptions, Downloads, or Order History) for the information you want to access. As your account grows, this is a useful way to bring the information you are looking for to the top of the page!
To access your BOM instructions
Click on the "Subscriptions" heading to see your BOMs. Mobile or tablet users will need to scroll down past "Account Details" to view their subscriptions. If your page does not look similar to the one below, go back to the login instructions above.
📌 Pro Tip: When accessing your BOM instructions, do NOT select the gold "Manage Subscriptions" button!
Click on your BOM to see a list of General Instructions, PDFs, and/or videos available for each month of your subscription.
Within your subscription you will see a series of clickable links underlined in gold. Once selected, the documents and/or videos will open in a new tab.
When you are done, click anywhere on the BOM or upward-facing caret (^) to minimize the subscription box.
To access your project kit instructions and downloads
Click on the "Downloads" heading to find Project Kit Instructions and any patterns or templates you have purchased. Please note that free downloads from the DuckaDilly website may not be in your account.
Click on the name of the project download to view any instructions, templates, and/or videos associated with the project.
Within the project download you will see clickable links underlined in gold. Once selected, the documents and/or videos will open in a new tab.
Click anywhere on the title of the download or upward-facing caret (^) to minimize the downloads box.
Once you are done reviewing your instructions and sewing for the day, scroll to the top of the page and click the "log out" button.
