What you'll receive each month:
Materials
- 13 Tana Lawn® prints in the rainbow palette shown.
- All necessary EPP papers for that month's row, pre-sorted by block.
- Capel Black for the cornerstone pieces.
- Solid White Tana Lawn® (if you've selected to receive background fabric).

Subscription Schedule
Dear Jane is an 18-month BOM.
Monthly Subscribers
- Shipments will begin October 2025.
- When you sign-up, that is considered your Month 1 charge.
- You won't be charged again until Month 2 (November 2025).
- You will receive a total of 18 monthly shipments.
Every 2 Months Subscribers
- Your first box, containing materials for Months 1 and 2, will ship November 2025.
- You won't be charged again until Month 3 (December 2025), and your charge will be for Months 3 and 4.
- Your second shipment will have materials for Months 3 and 4, shipping January 2026.
- You will receive a total of 9 bi-monthly shipments.
Prepaid Monthly Subscribers
- Your first box, containing materials for Months 1 and 2, will ship November 2025, and you will receive 18 monthly shipments.
- International customers: please contact us before checking out with a Prepaid Monthly Subscription. Additional shipping charges will apply.
Instructions and Sewing Level
Dear Jane is a quilt pattern by Brenda Papadakis, based on the 1863 Jane Stickle quilt.
It is necessary that you own a copy of Brenda's book Dear Jane to complete this project.
We have copies available for purchase to ship in your first month's box, if you do not already own a copy.
In addition, printed modification booklets are included each month, noting any changes from Brenda's pattern to the EPP papers.
Dear Jane is appropriate for confident beginners.
We'll be encountering a range of skills, including EPP curves, appliqué, and small pieces. No technique is too complicated, and we'll have tips and tricks along the way!
If you are brand new to English Paper Piecing, Dear Jane is a great way to encounter many shapes and techniques! If you are an experienced sewist, Dear Jane still has enough surprises to keep you on your toes!

Its a BOM. So far everything us as described
Since I started to quilt, I have always wanted to do a Dear Jane quilt. I knew I could never do it on my own, but I took the leap and signed up for the Dear Jane block of the month. I am so happy that I did. The blocks are so organized when they are sent that there is absolutely no way you can mess it up. The fabric is beautiful. The work that went into preparing this block of the month is unbelievable. Thank you, Duckadilly for enabling me to start this project. I love it. I love everything about it.
Month one is underway. I’m having so much fun with these little blocks. Plenty of Liberty fabric for each block- in fact, I’ll have leftovers:). EPP is a fantastic way to sew up this beautiful quilt.
