Green Gables Quilt Kit 2026

Inspired by the beauty and rural life of Prince Edward Island, Green Gables is a scrappy log cabin quilt, designed to highlight the variations of color and value in Liberty Tana Lawn® fabrics.

All fabrics are Liberty Fabrics Tana Lawn®, 100% cotton. Printed in Italy.

Finished Quilt Top Dimensions:

• Queen Sized Quilt: 95" x 95"
• Throw/Lap Quilt: 57" x 57" 

Quilt Top Fabrics
In this Full Kit, you will receive all of the necessary Liberty Tana Lawn® to complete the entire quilt top in the rainbow gradient as shown.

We will prepare the Tana Lawn by pre-cutting the fabrics into 2" strips for the "logs" of each block.

Instructions
Instructions will be provided by PDF, along with access to a helpful video detailing how to make a log cabin block. 

Backing & Binding
If you select a Full Kit (with backing & binding), you will receive the following fabrics:

• Throw Backing & Binding
  3.75 yards Betsy Metallic Turquoise (backing)
  .5 yards Glenjade B (binding)
• Queen Backing & Binding
  5.75 yards Betsy Metallic Turquoise (backing)
  .75 yards Glenjade B (binding)

Sewing Level:
Green Gables is suitable for all levels. Log cabin blocks are very forgiving and are a wonderful block for beginning quilters.

Liberty Tana Lawn® does not need to be pre-washed before working with it. Because of the high-quality production of the fabric, shrinkage when washing is negligible.

While hang-drying is preferable, you can also tumble dry on low.

The customer must provide a secure delivery location. DuckaDilly is not responsible for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages. Once a package is in transit, please contact the appropriate shipping carrier for questions or concerns. 

Fabric Order Returns

We regret that fabric cannot be returned as it is custom cut per order.

Non Fabric Returns

Non-fabric purchases can be returned within 30 days of delivery. 
Returned non-fabric items must be unopened and in their original condition. Books cannot be returned.

Issues

Any order issues must be reported within two weeks of receipt of your purchase. Order issues will not be considered once fabric has been cut or washed. Please check all items upon receipt and contact us if there is any problem with your purchase. 

US Shipping

We ship via USPS or UPS unless otherwise requested during checkout. USPS packages are currently arriving in 2-10 business days for domestic deliveries.  

Domestic UPS Ground packages are arriving in 1-5 business days depending on the destination. The time shown at checkout is an estimate generated by UPS and is not guaranteed. For a guaranteed shipping time, please check out with UPS Next Day Air or UPS Second Day Air.

International Shipping

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Worldwide Express (DHL) is currently arriving in approximately 3-5 business days, however due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays or inclement weather, shipping times may be longer.

First Class Package International is currently arriving in approximately 2-6 weeks, however this is not guaranteed by the shipping provider. If you are looking for a quicker shipping time, please select Worldwide Express (DHL) at checkout. For more up to date information on shipping times contact us.

International Customs and Taxes

Customs, duties, taxes and other related fees are not included in your shipping costs.  These fees are determined by your country when ordering internationally. Please be aware of any additional costs that may be applicable to your purchase before ordering. Orders returned to DuckaDilly due to unpaid duties are not refundable. If your order is returned to us, we will reach out regarding any applicable reshipping 
fees.
