Breathing new life into her delicate works and motifs, The Art of May Morris collection is a celebration of pioneering artist and embroiderer, May Morris. Drawing inspiration from the William Morris Gallery archive, Liberty Fabrics created this carefully curated range of designs that champion vibrant florals and intricate botanicals, each one meticulously hand-painted in the London studio and printed on the inimitable Tana Lawn® cotton.

Kelmscott Strawberries draws on an embroidered frieze by May Morris, created c. 1909-1910 as a wall hanging for her sitting room at 8 Hammersmith Terrace. Inspired by the botanicals of Kelmscott Manor - the Morris family country retreat - and verses from her father's poem 'June', this adaptation focuses on a strawberry plant, echoing William Morris' iconic Strawberry Thief. Tiny blossoms and glossy berries weave through a leafy canopy, forming a playful, multidirectional fruit pattern.

Liberty Tana Lawn® does not need to be pre-washed before working with it. Because of the high-quality production of the fabric, shrinkage when washing is negligible.

While hang-drying is preferable, you can also tumble dry on low.

Fabric Order Returns

We regret that fabric cannot be returned as it is custom cut per order.

Non Fabric Returns

Non-fabric purchases can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Returned non-fabric items must be unopened and in their original condition. Books cannot be returned.

Issues

Any order issues must be reported within two weeks of receipt of your purchase. Order issues will not be considered once fabric has been cut or washed. Please check all items upon receipt and contact us if there is any problem with your purchase. 

US Shipping

We ship via USPS or UPS unless otherwise requested during checkout. USPS packages are currently arriving in 2-10 business days for domestic deliveries.  

Domestic UPS Ground packages are arriving in 1-5 business days depending on the destination. The time shown at checkout is an estimate generated by UPS and is not guaranteed. For a guaranteed shipping time, please check out with UPS Next Day Air or UPS Second Day Air.

International Shipping

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

DHL is currently arriving in 3-5 business days.

First Class Package International is currently arriving in 2-6 weeks. For more up to date information on shipping times contact us.

International Customs and Taxes

Customs, duties, taxes and other related fees are not included in your shipping costs.  These fees are determined by your country when ordering internationally. Please be aware of any additional costs that may be applicable to your purchase before ordering. Orders returned to DuckaDilly due to unpaid duties are not refundable. If your order is returned to us, we will reach out regarding any applicable reshipping
